
Ken Raymie is a San Antonio financial executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading banking and credit union organizations through periods of growth, operational improvement, and stronger financial performance. He is widely recognized for his tenure at Generations Federal Credit Union, where he joined in 2014 and went on to serve in several senior leadership roles, including vice president of commercial services, chief risk officer, and chief operating officer before becoming president and chief executive officer in 2019.
During his leadership of Generations Federal Credit Union from 2019 to 2024, Mr. Raymie focused on initiatives designed to improve efficiency, restore profitability, and expand the institution’s reach. Under his direction, the credit union increased assets from roughly $500 million to more than $750 million, while both loans and deposits grew by more than 40 percent. The organization also achieved the highest annual net income in its 83-year history during this period.
